All bets placed on Baji Partners are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.

1. Bets recorded before an event begins will be considered valid.
2. Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
3. In the event of a cancelled or suspended event, refund or void decisions will be made in accordance with Baji Partners' policy.
4. Baji Partners reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
5. In the event of a disputed result, the decision of the official sports governing body will be considered final.
6. Maximum winnings are determined separately for each event and bet type.

To protect the integrity of the Baji Partners platform and ensure the safety of all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under a different name using the same payment method with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security or systems.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Completing KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Baji Partners reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.

• Providing false information regarding age.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Baji Partners is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from use of the platform in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays due to errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or compromise of account credentials.
• In the event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
